Carlos collaborates with clients, such as The Rockefeller Foundation and World YWCA, to develop research-driven messaging and communications strategies. Before joining Hattaway, he worked as a public relations consultant at Burson-Marsteller’s Mexico City office and as a graduate fellow at American University’s Center for Latin American & Latino Studies. Carlos earned a master’s degree in international media from American University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the Tecnologico de Monterrey. He knows an inordinate amount of pop culture facts and loves all kinds of 90’s music.
