Monica’s visual thinking and strategic management skills create cutting-edge design solutions for Hattaway clients including The Rockefeller Foundation, Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream, and UnidosUS. Additionally, she supports company operations and outreach efforts. Before joining Hattaway, Monica created digital marketing strategies for The Case Foundation and the National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism (START), and she developed the visual design for LUMXN Magazine. Monica graduated from the University of Maryland, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Chinese language with minors in linguistics and business. Monica holds a certificate in global communication from National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan. In her spare time, Monica can be found making playlists for her friends and colleagues and watching tiny house content on YouTube.
