What is your role at Hattaway? My name is Tiara Broome. I am an associate on the strategy team. I work with clients to help amplify and streamline their amazing work. I look at myself as the legs to their ideas. I enjoy developing processes that assist our clients to effectively execute data driven campaigns.  

‍What are you currently working on that you are really passionate about and why? I am currently working with The Rockefeller Foundation on their Equity First Vaccine Initiative. Over the course of the pandemic, people of color have been disproportionately impacted. By working with the people who know their communities best we are helping to remove barriers and increase access to Covid-19 vaccinations and tests.  

‍What is currently igniting your imagination? My new community is igniting my imagination. I recently moved to Baltimore and I am excited to get more involved in my community. I look forward to volunteering, trying new restaurants, and meeting new people. 

‍What is your favorite way to spend a day off?  I love to spend my time off with friends and family watching movies and 90s cartoons like Hey Arnold and The Wild Thornberrys. I enjoy trying new recipes from Pinterest and buying new furniture and decor for my new home.
