ABOUT THE JOB
As an Associate Art Director, you will work with teams of researchers, strategists and other creatives to develop creative campaigns and visual communications for a wide variety of clients. You’ll bring a strategic creative perspective on communications, top-notch visual communications and design skills, a commitment to quality, and attention to detail. We value each person’s professional development, and have a budget and support for pursuing those interests. Our offices are located in downtown Washington, D.C., between the Dupont Circle and Farragut North metro stations. We provide our employees excellent benefits, such as 100% employer-paid health, vision and dental insurance, a flexible work environment, and a fantastic parental leave policy. The salary range for this position is $56,000 - $70,000, depending on experience.
