Megan leads Hattaway’s creative and integrated marketing efforts. She translates strategies into compelling, cross-platform campaigns that change people’s minds, hearts and behaviors. She is an expert at finding the intersections between the clients’ goals and messages and the audiences’ insights and motivations. Megan works on a variety of clients and campaigns including Minnesota Department of Public Health, E Pluribus Unum, Lumina Foundation, and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Recent campaigns include EO= for the Kendeda Fund and Count on Us for UnidosUS. Immediately prior to Hattaway she developed a global sustainability campaign for the cruise industry. Most of her career has been spent at large global communications agencies Porter Novelli and Arnold Worldwide, where she worked on everything from sustainability to healthcare and pharmaceuticals, taxes to consumer goods. She has deep experience working with government agencies including Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services, the Internal Revenue Service, Health and Human Services, and the Centers for Disease Control.
